No Refunds & Shipping Liability

NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Once your order is in the possession of UPS, Z’s Spicy Bowls is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is damaged or lost, you must file a claim with UPS. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by the carrier.

By placing an order with Z’s Spicy Bowls, you acknowledge and accept this shipping policy.

Tracking & Delivery

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes—customers must provide a physical address.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. Such as not including your apartment number, you won’t receive a refund. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

 - No cancellations - No refunds - No modifications of any kind to your order   


Shipping, Delivery & Processing

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

Processing time frames may be delayed depending on the volume of orders currently in progress. Bowls are not pre-made; they are packaged and shipped in the order in which they are received. 

Shipping time varies depending on your the option you choose at check out and is always an estimated time frame.

The shipping time is determined by your city and state. The shipping process commences after your order has been fully processed. Upon order processing, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active once the order is picked up and scanned in by the carrier (UPS).
