Z’s Spicy Bowlss

Thank you for your order and for supporting Z’s Spicy Bowlss. Please review the following information regarding order processing and shipping timelines.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to high demand, please allow 7–14 business days for order fulfillment before shipment. Processing times may extend during peak periods, promotions, or restocks.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared, a shipping label will be created and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note: Tracking updates may not appear immediately and will update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

A “label created” status means your order is in the final stage of processing and has not yet been picked up by the carrier.

Only the tracking number provided directly by Z’s Spicy Bowlss should be used to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on carrier and location and are separate from processing time. Z’s Spicy Bowlss is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once processing has begun.

If a chargeback is filed while an order is in processing or transit, all supporting documentation (including order timelines, tracking, and policy acceptance) will be provided to the bank.
